I had an absolutely horrific experience with the service department at Casey Volkswagen. My car was dropped off on Thursday,October 31st for a minor repair and was told they would work it in. I rented a car in the meantime to have transportation. I contacted the dealership Monday and was told my car would be done by 11. At 11, I received a call saying it would be done by the end of the day. When I arrived at the end of the day, I was told my car wouldn’t be done until the next day. This went on until 11/08. During these days, they called and told me they didn’t know what was wrong with my car and told me they would be sending my car to the Jeep dealership. I stopped by the dealership to get an item out of my car before it would be sent to Jeep and my service advisor, Tish, told me my car had already left. I contacted the Jeep dealership and they reported they never received my car. Then, Tish told me they decided to keep my car and run some tests on the car. Finally, on 11/08, they told me my car was done. When I started my car, it was misfiring badly, every engine light was on and it would not go above 15 mph. I met with the GM the following morning and my car was sent to Jeep that following Monday. The GM was wonderful and put me in a loaner since I had spent over $1000 in rental car fees. Once my car was at Jeep, it was found that the Casey service department cut 5 wires in the wiring harness. When Casey was asked for some reimbursement for rental car fees, I was told no because it wasn’t there fault that my car needed service. I would not recommend them! If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would.
I had a bad experience with the service department. Schedule an oil change The Manager argue with me about it, even though I showed him on the app that I had the appointment. Waited two hours for my car. Wanted to charge me $100 for a Tire rotation, which I already had done myself. All I need was the TPMS reset. Still wanted to charge me $100 for a full tire rotation which I completed my self. I just needed the TPMS sensor updated. Be advised I bought this car from the dealership They do not go out away for customer service or customer satisfaction. It takes 5 min to relearn the sensor. I know because another Subaru dealer did it for free. Took 10 min. They lost a customer for life. I have free inspection and oil changes at this dealership. I will not be going back to them. I will also recommend going to another dealership to purchase a car. The service manager did call Unfortunately, I missed the call. I called her back and they never called me back after that. I tried calling again no answer.

They did a strait up bait and switch. Made every confirmation that could be made. Show up on the day of my “vip” appointment and wouldn’t you know it, they sold that car right before I walked in. My issue is, that was a really niche car (manual transmission) that was not the cheapest one they had listed, and had been listed for 30+ days. And they just so happened to sell it right before I walked in. Bologna.
FANTASTIC experience at Casey VW! Make sure you ask for Jason Rowley if you go. He was the best salesman I have ever worked with. From start to finish, Jason made our experience extraordinary. Very laid back, no pressure, very knowledgeable. It felt like we had brought a friend with us to the lot to help us pick out a car. I will go to Jason for all of our car needs going forward, although we hope to keep the car we have for a very long time. He helped us pick out a great car at a great price. I could not find another dealership to beat the deal we ended up with. His manager, Rudy Medina (the big guns), was great to work with as well. He kept his promises and there were no surprises when it came time to sign. I signed paperwork with William Hooper. He was very thorough and very patient. He made sure I understood exactly what Casey was offering and what I was signing. Overall great experience. I definitely recommend!
There are not enough stars to rate this Dealership, I would give 10 stars if I could. They are truly off the charts. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else and I make that abundantly clear to any and everyone who will listen! We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from them and every time was completely fantastic! Our salesman Eric is the most passionate, thorough, and knowledgeable Subaru sales advisor you will find. He truly extends himself well beyond just the sale and has become a trusted advisor to our family every time it comes to our new vehicle needs, he truly enjoys talking Subaru and helping to ensure you find exactly what fits your needs, and has never once been pushy or aggressive. The sales managers do everything they can to make the vehicle you want work for you even it it means tracking one down from somewhere else and getting it for you, and the finance team helps to ensure you get the best financing and fits your budget. Casey’s included service of oil changes and state inspections also go along way in total ownership savings! Subaru as a brand, Casey as a dealer, and the sales, finance, and brand loyalty team truly are the Standard for what a car buying experience, as a whole, should be.
From the moment I drove on the lot and started looking at my car Jason was there to help me through the whole process. He was tentative to all my needs. Any questions or concerns I had to asked them for me. I will buy another car in the future and I want to make sure Jason is my salesmen.
Excessive fees for a vehicle that I paid cash for and doing ALL of my DMV paperwork myself. I elected to get my tags because I’m exempt from paying sales tax and they had to charge me at the dealership and in turn I would of had to wait for the refund. So what fees you may ask..$799 processing fee but they didn’t do any of my DMV paperwork not even providing me with a title in my name which I’ve always received after paying a vehicle off. Business tax fee $79 but why am I paying your business tax? There are two different bottom line figures…cash price which is not what I paid and the finance price the amount I paid. I’m not in the business of selling cars but i know something isn’t adding up. Oh let’s not forget the options that were advertise as being on the vehicle is not. Navigation not included found out with my recent trip when my phone died and dual power seats don’t exist just the driver side. I guess I should have verified it myself vs taking their word for it…anyway I will with my next vehicle. Just double check everything regardless of what’s advertised or what’s being told to you. Lesson learned but will not forget. This is not a reflection on my salesperson as he did his job.
After months of other dealerships giving me reasons why they can’t make my request happen, Caleb called me to tell me he could get me what i wanted just days after shooting an email. Felix made the sales process a conversation and stuck to the initial quote with no surprises. James made financing easy, Jay made the insurance segment easy and fast, and Cam made the final paperwork and additional warranty a smooth process with low pressure. 10/10 experience. I will be back and will refer people.

Alright let’s start from the beginning. I recently took my car to Casey Subaru because of my engine light . I won’t go into specifics on what was wrong with my vehicle but I initially went with their diagnoses because they’re professional and I trusted them. The treatment for their diagnosis wasn’t cheap but I’m a reasonable and responsible guy so, anything for my car . Well although their diagnosis was right overall, the work on my car was over done( more expensive) and it’s hard to say that it wasn’t for extra money . I went into the company trusting the mechanics knew how to do their job but I was wrong. Therefore, they played trail and error with my car until they finally did the right thing to turn my engine light off, but that wasn’t my last straw. Initially I was told if I brought my car in the process would take about 3 days . Being active duty military, it’s not easy to give up my car but whatever, anything to get my car fixed. But it was far more than 2 days . After being promised that I would be constantly updated on the process of my car , I never do I called to check the status myself. I was then told my car parts were on back order and it would require an additional 2 days. Well 2 days turned into 2 weeks so I asked for my car back because like I said, I work for a living and not having a car will not cut it . After freeing up my schedule enough to go without my car for a while I gave them another chance because I believe longevity in companies is important. Same thing , promised me 2 days , far longer. They then proceeded to give me their courtesy car which I was thankful to receive. But here’s the part on why I will not be getting service from this establishment further more. Once I return the courtesy car and got my car back, it reeked of mold as if the windows were left open during a rain storm and how I know this is a fact, they left leaf’s in the back seat and didn’t bother to clean it. Now I have a bad smelling car which will ultimately cost me more money . So I call into question this companies core values because they didn’t hold up their end of the bargain . Things being done in a timely manner can be forgiven but a poor integral structure cannot . Dishonesty cannot . I trusted this company and was simply let down overall .
I had my oil changed and wanted my 2014 Subaru looked over since I was going on a trip. Lee Mitchell was courteous and informative. My extra car key had been broken for years and he was able to have it fixed and showed me how to use my automatic starter by using my car key. No one has gone this far. Thank you!
I have been loyal to this dealership/maintenance shop for years. And now that has stopped. The experienced customer service team is gone, so I was given a new girl to process my subaru when I dropped it off. Dropped it off on a Friday; three business days later I still did not even get a call with the diagnostic status... nothing. No communication. I called htis morning and was told she was on vacation and no one had been tracking my car. The assessments had not even been done and we are three business days in. I was told, as I am always told, that I would get a call before COB the day I dropped it off to let me know what issues were identified so I could make a decision on how to proceed. Complete silence for three days to find out the issues have not even been explored yet. Asked to speak to someone in charge and was told the manager is conveniently out of the office. So... folks... if you have all the time in the world to go without your car, are good with no communication and no manager to speak to.. this is your dealership. Found another mechanic to go to. I am starting to Connect the dots as to why the service reps who have been there for years are gone.
Great guy. Will made it easy to buy my car, while keeping everything low pressure. Highly recommend!
